Categories and tags allow you to filter data for teams, checklists, tasks and resources quickly and easily.

Categories:

Categories can be assigned to checklists and assets. For example, the asset category ‘laptops’ will allow you to group all laptops in your company into a single category. Once the category is set up you can find objects in the category at any time using the search function.

Tags:

Tags allow you to make assets, tasks and checklists searchable using one or more keywords. You can tag any asset, checklist or task with multiple tags and then locate them at any time using the search function.
